Overview
Local services like junk removal rely heavily on trust, professionalism, and fast communication. My client was operating solely through Facebook, which limited credibility and made it difficult to collect customer inquiries, showcase work, or provide clear service information.
I designed and built a single, cohesive landing page to streamline the customer journey: from initial interest → to getting a quote → to booking their service. This case study outlines the UX/UI process behind improving the client’s online presence.
Problem
- Limited Online Presence & Lack of Credibility
- No Clear Way for Customers to Understand Services
- Repetitive Questions Overwhelmed the Client
- No Organized Method to Get a Quote and Questions from Client
Goal
- Provide Total Clarity on Services
- Showcase Before/After Work to Build Instant Credibility
- Create a Fast, Frictionless Quote Request Process
- Establish a Professional and Trustworthy Online Presence
- Support Future Growth With Newsletter & Promotion Tools
Original online presence which was limited to only facebook marketplace
I designed a clean, professional landing page that stays true to the client’s original brand while elevating usability through clear hierarchy, strong spacing, and mobile-first layout. Each section—services, before/after gallery, and quote form—was structured for fast scanning and trust-building. The result is a familiar yet modern design optimized for credibility and conversions.
Designed a clean, branded HTML newsletter for a junk removal site, ensuring mobile-friendly layout, clear hierarchy, and engaging sections to highlight services, promotions, and calls-to-action, enhancing readability and driving customer engagement
